As the founder of Velocity, Jen is committed to formulating comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of her clients. Taking an individualized approach to training guarantees that time spent together is productive, innovative and challenging. She is a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and holds certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Jen has a background in softball, competitive figure skating and enjoys finding new ways to peak her clients' interest through motivation, creativity, and specialized program design. She carries a firm belief that a solid foundation in core strength is paramount in reaching one's fitness potential.
